How to Serve
1. Measure: Use approximately 1 tablespoon of tea, adjusting based on your taste preference.
2. Rinse: Briefly rinse the leaves with hot water (just below boiling). Pour the rinse water onto your garden.
3. Steep: Steep the leaves in about 1/2 pint of water using a teapot, side-handle teapot, strainer, or even loose in a bowl. Enjoy with friends.
Steeping Tips
1. For stronger tea, use more leaves or increase the steeping time.
2. Re-steep the leaves multiple times for additional servings.
3. Take a moment to enjoy the tranquility of the tea in silence, if possible.
