Directions to Use

Directions: Take 2-3 tsp of colozone powder and mix into half a pint of fresh filtered room temperature water. To active the cleanse it’s important to squeeze a 1 full lemon & 1 lime into the glass and stir. After drinking the powder, further consume a half pint of filtered water.

This product reacts differently person to person. So it’s hard to fully advise when it’s best to take, because every reacts so differently with it.


Either way you need to make sure you are fully rested and are able to take a day off work or have nothing to do at least that day. You want to be able to be relaxed and stress free.

So I recommend taking it early in the morning, maybe try and go back to sleep if you can. After a few hrs the cleanse normally starts to kick in. Continue to drink as much water as possible as this aids in the cleansing process.
